New Alpha Worship Center is a group of people on a journey with the Lord Jesus Christ. We don’t profess to have it all figured out, we recognize that each of us is in a different spot on our spiritual journey. Some people are just investigating the claims of Jesus, others have started to figure out how to develop a better relationship with Him, and there are those who are fully engaged in that pursuit – but everyone is welcome here!
From students to professionals, preschoolers to senior adults, there are plenty of opportunities to connect, grow, serve and go, for every member of your family.

Our Articles of Faith present the doctrines we are committed to as a church.
WE BELIEVE:
- That the Bible is God's Word written, inspired, infallible, and without error in the original manuscripts, and is the unique, full, and final authority on all matters on which it bears. The New Testament interpretation of the Old Testament, both factually and theologically, represents an authoritative way of interpreting the Bible. (Psalm 119:89; 2 Timothy 3:16, 17)
- In the Trinity: There is one God, eternally existing and manifesting Himself to us in three Persons Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
- That Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father, conceived of the Holy Ghost, and born of the Virgin Mary. That He was crucified, buried, and raised from the dead. That He ascended to heaven and is today at the right hand of the Father making intercession for us.
- That all have sinned and come short of the glory of God and that repentance is commanded of God and is necessary for the forgiveness of sins.
- That justification, regeneration, and subsequent sanctification are wrought by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ through the Word and by the Holy Ghost.
- Holiness is God's standard for His people.
- In speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.
- In water baptism by immersion as a symbol of a new life in Christ.
- That all who repents should be baptized in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost.
- In the Lord's Supper and washing of the saints' feet.
- In the premillennial second coming of Jesus. First, to resurrect the righteous dead, then the living saints will be caught up to meet Him in the air. Second, to reign on the earth a thousand years.
- In the bodily resurrection of all; eternal life for the righteous, and eternal punishment for the wicked.

Why Give?
The Bible has a lot to say about giving. The question we must ask is not "What do people say about giving?", but "What does God's Word say about giving?" Giving is biblical. Biblical giving is generous and sacrificial because the Spirit of God moves thankful believers to meet the needs of God's work, God's workers, and God's children. God blesses those believers who respond to the Spirit's prompting to give sacrificially to His Son's work. This does not mean that if I give God will make me rich. What it does mean is that if I give God promises me a rewarding life both now and in eternity. God tells Christian where to put their money as an investment. Jesus put it this way Matthew 6:19-21:
"Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."
Generous biblical giving shows God where our heart really is. Those who truly love His Son and desire His purposes will support His Son's work.
"Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver." - 2 Corinthians 9:7
God promises blessings to generous biblical givers:
"But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." - Philippians 4: 19
Luke 6:38 says:
"Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again."

Men's Ministry
Men Encouraging, and Equipping Other Men
That they may Honor God with their life and be Godly leaders in their homes, Church, Community, and the world.
Men Challenging Men
The men are challenged to live their lives as “Men Of God”. “Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus”; (Hebrews 3:1 KJV)
They challenge others to see Christ more clearly, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide and direct them in His ways.
Men’s VISION
To build a Fellowship of men committed to God’s purpose and each other so that they will be:

Women's Ministry
Why Women of Destiny?
“For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son.”
Romans 8:28
Women are called to minister to other women!
The aged women likewise, that they be in behavior as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.
Titus 2:3-5
Women of Destiny include all the women of the church. Whether you have been worshipping here for years or if you just started attending today, we are talking about you! Your personal needs are varied and it is our desire to minister to each and every one of you as well as provide you with areas of spiritual growth. Our goal is to see every woman in the church find a place to serve according to the gifts she has been given.
Ministries include:
Bible Study/Fellowship/Homework Studies. Card Ministry-Sending personal birthday, anniversary cards, and encouragement cards. Mother/Daughter Tea/Mother’s Day /Ladies Night Out/families expecting a new child through birth or adoption (Showers etc.)
Secret ‘Girlfriend’ Ministry
A friend brings out your very best by encouraging you, challenging you and comforting when you need it most.
Pray for each other regularly
Fellowship (whether it’s Bible study, shopping, learning a new skill, or just going to lunch; each set of partners is free to do what they want as long as they work with the goal of accountability and spiritual growth)
Stay in touch with each other by phone/text or email between meetings, this will enhance your relationship
…and remember it’s a secret until we have our revealing party!
Sunday School
We have Sunday school classes for every age group, except for nursery (at this time).
Meeting time is from 10 a.m. to 10: 50 a.m. A snack is served for the children. Transportation is provided to all children 5 years old and up. For more information, call the church at 305 999 9881. If we are unavailable at the time, please leave a clear message and the best way and time to reach you, we will return your call.
Youth Ministry
Who is Youth for Christ?
We are a Purpose Driven Youth Ministry. Our goal is to bring the youth of our local church and our surrounding community to God by showing them Jesus Christ. In Romans 1:16, Paul wrote,
“For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth…”
We are determined to do whatever it takes to lead our youths to Jesus Christ. Our sole desire it to assist our youth to cultivate a personal relationship with God. At the end of the day they must be able to say “I believe in God, not because my parents or my pastor told me to; I am a Christian because I have experienced God for myself.”
At New Alpha Worship Center, we are involving our youths in daily bible study and prayer, Y.F.C meets weekly on Friday’s at 7:30pm. Our activities range from Bible study, prayer, games, singing, dancing, drama, field trips and just plain fun! Stop by and visit us. We are sure that you will be blessed to see the great work that God is doing in the lives of our youth.
We are a people inspired by the love of Jesus Christ and His compassion for others. Youth for Christ of New Alpha Worship Center will reach and reproduce within Miami-Dade County and its surrounding areas. We will reach one youth at a time, embracing them with the love of Jesus Christ, equipping them with the word of God and empowering them with the Gospel.
Remember, we meet every Friday night for Bible study and other age appropriate fun activities from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

Performing Arts
God’s Word – the Bible – is filled with drama, both physical and mental. Whether good or bad, these dramatic events have helped us understand the difficulties of life, while highlighting the importance of becoming closer to our Father. Life is drama. We are not speaking of entertainment. We are speaking of movement, thought, dialogue, sound and light. All of these things are tools that can lead an individual into the presence of God.
At New Alpha, we believe that drama is one of the most influential forms of communication that God has given to the church. The Performing Arts provides emotion, feeling, and a sense of reality for what God’s children experience through side-splitting humor and thought provoking performances. We have been blessed by God with the creative abilities of writing, singing, Spoken word, dance and mime at New Alpha.
Our Performing Arts Ministry strives to reveal God’s love, grace, power and purpose in a realistic and vivid way through Dynamic Praiz, (our dancers), and Clowns 4 Christ who minister using short plays, skits and mimes.

Singles (S.T.A.R.S)
The vision for the Singles Ministry at New Alpha Worship Center is to have a group of;
(Saved, Talented, Anointed, Righteous Single) believers who are totally committed to God and His Word, living a victorious life in Jesus Christ.
To know their purpose in God, know the importance of intimacy with God, and know that they are unique invaluable persons selected by God to be used in the advancement of His kingdom. Our ministry is Christ-Centered concentrating on Discipleship rather than entertainment.
The Singles Ministry is a ministry dedicated to the development of maturity, character, integrity, and stability in the lives of single individuals at New Alpha Worship Center.
We aim to assist the Singles of NAWC in learning how to seek God first! We stress HOLINESS as a lifestyle before God and man, and WHOLENESS as a MUST for a victorious life in Christ. Our method for achieving this is through teaching the Word of God, as well as, through praying, community involvement, evangelism and fellowshipping with one another and other singles ministries in the body of Christ.
The singles ministry’s main objective and primary focus is to aspire to be a people whose delight is in the law of the Lord and who are willing to demonstrate to the world that we are fully devoted followers of Christ while discovering and fulfilling God’s purpose in our lives and actively pursuing his calling with a passion. Secondly, our objective is to edify one another by encouraging personal growth and development in the word of God and in the local body. All singles, 18 and Up are welcome!
What Is Eternal Life
That's the most important question you will ever ask. The answer can be given in 4 simple truths...
1. Remember God loves you
The Gospel of John in the Bible says, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believe in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16). You are part of that world. He loves you and wants to give you eternal life. But there is a problem...
2. Recognize your need
Sin separates us from God. The word sin in the Bible means to miss the mark. Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” we have all missed the mark: We have broken God's law and thus there is a sin problem between us and God. God's law declares that the penalty of sin is death--eternal separation from God in a place called hell. “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23). All of us, sinners, have earned this death sentence; you cannot escape this sentence on your own...
3. Realize that Christ has met this need
There is good news, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, paid the full penalty for sin on the Cross. Remember, God loves you. Romans 5:8 tells us, “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” His death satisfied the penalty for sin--He paid in full, the price for sin. His resurrection guarantees eternal life. In John 11:25 “Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live”: Now the decision is up to you...
4. Rely on Christ for salvation
God asks you to trust in Christ alone as your only way to heaven. In one of the simplest verses of the Bible, Jesus Christ says; “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life”. (John 6:47). The word believeth means to trust continuously in, rely always on. So that leaves one question...
Do you believe?
Have you relied on Christ for salvation or have you been trying to get to heaven by your own ability? If you have not trusted Christ to get you to heaven, why not do it now? Providing you eternal life cost God everything? He punished His Son in your place, but receiving eternal life costs you nothing. Because of what Christ did on the Cross, God now offers you this free gift if you will simply trust His Son to save you. You might like to express your faith to God like this: Father God, I come to you now in the name of your son Jesus Christ. I know I am a sinner. Nothing I will ever do can get me to heaven. But I believe Jesus Christ died for my sins. Right now, I put my trust in Him alone as my only way to heaven. Thank you for the free gift of eternal life. In Jesus name I ask, Amen.
What happens now?
If you have trusted Christ, you have eternal life. God guarantees it in His Word:
“And this is the record that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.” 1 John 5:11-13

We are empowered and anointed by the Holy Ghost through Jesus Christ to bring the message of SALVATION to people everywhere. We seek to be God's agents of healing and wholeness in a wounded and fragmented world as we bring Glory and Honor to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ by obeying the Great Commission and executing his mission.
